New Growth Project

Growth, Gratitude, and a "Good-To-Know" tip

Peer Mentor Spotlight

Our peer mentors play a unique role at New Growth Project. Whether they are working alongside our employees in the greenhouse, apothecary workshop, or the fields, peer mentors have a front-row seat to blooming confidence. This role helps our employees discover new skills and friendships. Recently, Casey joined our peer-mentor volunteer crew. We are so grateful for his support. Casey has a steady and calming presence and supports our employees as they pursue greater independence.

Celebrating the Farm Social- Thank You!

We are still feeling the love from our sold-out Farm Social, where more than 150 guests gathered for a night of great food, connection, and community impact. With your support, we raised an incredible $75,000 to help expand our programs, provide job opportunities for adults with disabilities, and grow nutritious, better-than-organic food for our community.

From the lively music, fun emcee, fabulous games, and prizes, it was a magical evening that reminded us all of what’s possible when purpose meets generosity.

Thank you to every guest, volunteer, and sponsor who made it happen. We can’t wait to see you again next year!

Tip from the farm- why clean ingredients matter

Whether lighting a candle, washing your hands, or freshening a room, what you breathe matters. That’s why our Field & Wick line is made with clean, organic, and sustainable ingredients—free from phthalates, parabens, and synthetic toxins.

We use certified clean fragrances, essential oils, organic soy wax, and tallow from local farms in our soaps and candles—safe for your home, your family, and the environment. Every product is handcrafted by our team and supports meaningful employment for adults with IDD.

So next time you light a candle or spritz your linens, know it’s a breath of clean air—literally and figuratively.

Together, we are transforming lives! Thank you for your partnership.
