Good morning from the farm,
As we race towards the end of February, we can't help but feel grateful for the lessons learned in 2025. Because of our growth, increase in support, and demand for our program, we are positioning our organization for sustainability. The lives that are positively impacted by New Growth Project continue to grow. Whether it is through our peer mentor program, volunteering, community partnerships, internships, or staff development, we are overwhelmed with gratitude. • Growing our staff to better support our peer mentor program
•Expanding our partnership with Locavana for wider distribution
• Launching our Fresh Access Initiative — a corporate wellness plan bringing vegetables and pantry goods directly to workplaces while supporting meaningful employment for adults with IDD.
